A Native Californian, Annelies was raised in the state's capitol, which is also where her acting career first began to flourish. Since her first musical, Annelies' acting career has taken new heights journeying through ensemble to leading lady, a variety of genres, and other positions within the industry such as director and choreographer.

Annelies graduated in June of 2019 from the University of California Irvine with a Bachelor's Degree in Drama. She currently resides in Sacramento, CA where she is spending her time performing virtually, as well as fostering her second passion, which is her YouTube content creation, as she has done for the last 7 years.
